The Body Score (0–100) combines your stress level, recovery readiness, sleep quality, and cardiovascular fitness into a single number. Higher is better. Above 70 is a good day for intensity; below 50 suggests prioritizing rest.
Cardio Age estimates your cardiovascular fitness age using VO2 Max, resting heart rate, heart rate recovery, and HRV. A cardio age lower than your actual age indicates above-average fitness.
