Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, baby profile, and all feeding logs. The action can't be undone.

How do I invite a co-caregiver?

Open the Family tab and tap the invite button in the top right. Share the generated code with your co-caregiver — they can redeem it after signing up.

Does Solid Steps give medical advice?

No. Solid Steps is a tracking and organization tool. Always consult your pediatrician for medical decisions about allergen introduction, reactions, or your baby's diet.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings and tap Export PDF to generate a summary report you can share with your pediatrician.

Which iOS version is required?

iOS 17 or later. iPhone only for now.
